The worst ending to a basketball game that I’ve seen in years. With no time on the clock, and the 76ers ahead by one point, the referees decided that a foul was called with .2 seconds left. Devin Brown sank two free throws to win the game. Other than the ruinous ending, the game was great – a well-fought, playoff intensity game. This loss put the 76ers in the 7th slot for the playoffs, pitting them against the Detroit Pistons. Amazing how one seemingly tiny call can change the fate of a team. The Sixers will really need to earn their way now.
